Salvatore C. Scuderi, (B.S., J.D)
Manager of Operations
Sal is responsible for overseeing all corporate and financial operations at Scuderi Clean Energy. Sal has over twenty years of experience in all aspects of program management, financial forecasting and planning, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations and strategic planning. An accomplished inventor holding several key patents on the Scuderi Split-Cycle Engine Technology, he has owned and operated several engineering and manufacturing companies including Engineering and Sales Associates, American Thermaflo and AccuOne industries. He has spent several years as a consultant for mergers and acquisitions, turnaround management, financial restructuring and business planning. Sal received a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, from Springfield College, and he also holds a Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law. Sal is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers.
Nicholas Scuderi, (BA Finance)
Vice President, Sales
Nick directs all company sales and marketing efforts. Nick has over 25 years of experience as a senior level executive with several multi-national corporations including American Thermaflo and Refco Corp. Nick also started and managed Industrial Tool Solutions, an HVAC tool manufacturing company, where he managed worldwide sales and distribution of its products. He has extensive experience developing sales offices in the U.S., Europe and Japan. As part of Nick’s responsibilities with American Thermaflo, he developed, trained, and managed a global network of independent sales representatives. Nick is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
Peter C. Saros, (BSME)
Chief Operating Officer, New York
Peter is responsible for SCE’s overall business and sales strategy in New York State as well as overseeing all NY-based projects. He has worked for major engineering, manufacturing and construction firms such as Schenck Trebel, P.J. Mechanical, and Johnson Controls. Peter was the Northeast sales representative for Schenck Trebel, and he also provided extensive technical, sales and management training for their personnel in Darmstadt, Germany. At P.J. Mechanical, Peter was responsible for their key client services group and associated special projects. At Johnson Controls, Peter ran the local NY area Commercial Real Estate Sales group and later became the Global Director of Business Development for Commercial Real Estate. Peter is also a successful entrepreneur who has owned and operated several companies, including, VIP International Service Network, an engineering and consulting firm providing machinery diagnostic services for commercial real estate, hospitals, and utilities. In addition, Peter started and managed Danube Development and Palatella Saros Builders Group – two companies that provided renovation, new construction and site development for both commercial and residential real estate markets. Peter is a graduate of State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Charles K. Forner, (BSME)
Director of Technology Development
Chuck is responsible for reviewing and recommending new technologies as well as functioning as both a project and design engineer. He has over 25 years of Mechanical Engineering experience with such companies as Hughes Aircraft Company, Engineering and Sales, and ThermaFlo Corporation and is an inventor on several issued patents and patents pending. In addition, Chuck was an owner of Atlantic Refrigerant Resources Inc. and has over eight years of business management experience combined with marketing and sales experience. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Chuck is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the National Association of Power Engineers (NAPE), the American Refrigeration Institute (AFI), the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). He is also a former member of the Lubricants and Powertrain Committee of the SAE.
Bill Wrinn, (BA Media Communications)
Director of Marketing/Communications
Bill is responsible for the strategic planning and direction of Scuderi Clean Energy’s global marketing and communications program. He has a wide range of media communications, marketing and publishing experience that spans more than 25 years. A former news, government and education reporter, he has worked for various public relations and marketing firms (PAN Communications, Topaz Partners, The Portico Group) with a focus on technology, consumer and business-to-business industries in North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Scuderi fulltime, Bill directed its global public relations account at Topaz Partners, where his team won a Bell Ringer Award for best business-to-business PR and social media campaign. He is a graduate of Salem State College.
