Nicholas is the co-founder, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company, and serves as Manager of Sales and Marketing of Scuderi Group. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Scuderi founded and managed Industrial Tool Solutions Inc., an HVAC tool manufacturing company, where he was responsible for global sales and distribution of its products. Mr. Scuderi has over 25 years of experience marketing products and services for various companies, and has served as a senior-level executive with several multi-national corporations including, American Thermaflo, Inc. and Refco Corporation. Mr. Scuderi holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts. Mr. Scuderi will direct the marketing strategies and activities for Scuderi-Holyoke Power, LLC.
Charles K. Forner
Charles serves as Director of Technology Development for Scuderi Group. Prior to joining that company, Mr. Forner founded Atlantic Refrigerant Resources Inc., a company that reclaimed and purified refrigerants. Mr. Forner has over 25 years of experience in mechanical engineering with companies such as Hughes Aircraft Company, Engineering and Sales Associates, Inc., and ThermaFlo Corporation. In addition, Mr. Forner has significant experience in business management, marketing and sales. Mr. Forner has been is an inventor on several issued patents and patents pending. Mr. Forner holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University, and is a member of the Lubricants and Powertrain Committee of the Society of Automotive Engineers. Mr. Forner will be responsible for project and design management, and will assist in identifying and implementing new technologies.

Lutz serves as Vice President of European Operations and Corporate Strategy and directs the Scuderi Group’s European activities and global financial strategy. He has over 25 years of experience in the banking and consulting sectors of the automotive and energy industry. Focusing on IPOs, venture capital funding and M&A, Lutz worked several years for Deutsche Bank, Bank Berlin, BHF Bank, Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young before starting his own consulting firm. He was involved in more than 20 IPOs, and has successfully closed several M&A transactions as well as several fundraisings for technology start-ups. Prior to joining the Scuderi Group in 2006, he headed the corporate finance team of Ernst & Young’s European automotive & technology division.
Olen A. Bielski, III
Olen serves as Director of Business Development for Scuderi Group and VP of Scuderi Clean Energy. Mr. Bielski has extensive experience in local, state and federal government relations, sales, marketing and business development for a number of high tech, financial, and government contractors, including, Westfield State University, Sonalysts, Inc., Center for Advanced Fiber Optic Applications, Techman International Corporation and Pioneer Management Systems, Inc., He was an Aide to US Congressman Richard Neal. Mr. Bielski holds degrees in both Criminal Justice and Political Science from Westfield State University. Mr. Bielski will be responsible for overall business development for Scuderi Clean Energy. He will also function as project supervisor during the construction phase of various projects.
Gary W. Lantta
Gary serves as relationship manager for accredited individuals and financial intermediaries in support of SCE’s efforts in building product and firm recognition, and long–term relationships. Prior to joining SCE, Mr. Lantta was co-founder of Wealth Partners Capital (NY), a merchant banking and asset management firm. Additionally, Mr. Lantta served as Managing Director of Business Development at Burnham Asset Management Corporation (NY) where he was responsible for marketing their mutual funds and alternative investment products, and attracting new business ventures. Previously, he was managing Director at David W. Tice & Associates Inc. (Dallas, TX) and was responsible for the distribution of the firm’s mutual funds and private partnerships with a focus on natural resources and energy. During his time with Tice, Mr. Lantta grew the firm from $300m AUM to $2bn AUM. Mr. Lantta has a deep commitment to environmental issues that dates to his college summers, when he was a Midwest fund raiser, for Citizens for a Better Environment.
